DRIED FRUITS

- DRIED FRUITS - 
A Dried Fruits is a product gotten from the process of Dihydration a wide variety of special fruits, which are susceptible to the afromentioned process. The content of humity of those fruits gets to be reduced up to a 20% of it’s weight.

This process of dihydration has two goals which are:

Increase it’s preservation’s possibilities.

 Boost the fruit’s flavour. It can be considered as an appetizer or even, in many kitchens of the world, it tends to be used as an ingredient for some recipies, for example the Catalan Spinach. These are also utilized for some desserts; which, in raisins’s case, they are applied to a biscuit along with some candied fruits.
